بیوگرافی مختصر علمی:
دکتر میترا زندی، استاد گروه پرستاری داخلی–جراحی، مدرک دکترای تخصصی خود را در سال ۱۳۹۱ و دوره پسادکتری را در سال ۱۳۹۴ از دانشگاه تربیت مدرس اخذ کرده است. ایشان تاکنون بیش از ۵۰ مقاله علمی بینالمللی، ۲۰ مقاله علمی داخلی و ۷ اختراع ثبتشده در کارنامه پژوهشی خود دارد. از مهمترین دستاوردهای علمی وی، افزودن دو تشخیص پرستاری به طبقهبندی جهانی تشخیصهای پرستاری در سال ۲۰۲۰ است که در ویرایش ۲۰۲۰–۲۰۲۳ کتاب NANDA International منتشر شدهاند. دکتر زندی همچنین مؤلف بیش از ۲۵ عنوان کتاب بوده و نگارش یکی از فصلهای کتاب Guide to Surrogacy منتشرشده توسط انتشارات دانشگاه کمبریج در سال ۲۰۱۶ را نیز بر عهده داشته است. وی در حال حاضر عضو کمیته توسعه تشخیصهای پرستاری NANDA International (آمریکا) هستند؛ کمیتهای تخصصی که تنها ۱۲ عضو از کشورهای مختلف جهان در آن حضور دارند و مسئولیت توسعه و بازنگری تشخیصهای پرستاری در سطح بینالمللی را بر عهده دارد.

Dr. Mitra Zandi is a Professor of Medical–Surgical Nursing. She earned her Ph.D. in Nursing from Tarbiat Modares University in 2012 and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the same university in 2015.
Dr. Zandi has an outstanding academic and research record, with more than 50 international peer-reviewed publications, 20 national scientific articles, and seven registered patents, reflecting her significant contributions to nursing research and innovation.
The most notable scientific achievements of Dr. Zandi is the development of two nursing diagnoses that were officially accepted into the NANDA International Nursing Diagnoses Classification in 2021 and published in the NANDA International Nursing Diagnoses: Definitions and Classification, 2021–2023. In addition, she has authored more than 25 books and contributed a chapter to Guide to Surrogacy, published by Cambridge University Press in 2016.
Dr. Zandi serves as a member of the NANDA International Diagnosis Development Committee (USA), an elite committee comprising only 12 experts from around the world. The committee is responsible for the development, evaluation, and revision of nursing diagnoses at the international level.
