بیوگرافی مختصر علمی:
توجه به اینکه قسمت اعظم نیروی انسانی موجود در سیستم بهداشت و درمان را پرستاران تشکیل می دهند اثربخشی و دستیابی به اهداف سیستم بهداشتی درمانی کشور نیازمند مدیران و رهبران شایسته پرستاری می باشد. ضرورت توسعه حضور و دیده شدن رهبران پرستاری به عنوان یک هدف برای حرفه پرستاری در دو توصیه از چهار توصیه گزارش (موسسه پزشکی IOM، (2010 با عنوان "آینده پرستاری: رهبری تغییر، پیشبرد سلامت " مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است.حضور مدیران و رهبران پرستاری توانمند می بایست از سطوح عملیاتی تا سطوج استراتژیک سیستم بهداشت و درمان کشور وجود داشته باشد. با توجه به این مسئله تمامی فعالیت های آموزشی و پژوهشی اینجانب در راستای توسعه دانش و تربیت مدیران و رهبران پرستاری و مدیریت و بهبود مداوم کیفیت مراقبتهای پرستاری به مددجویان و جامعه می باشد.

Biography Given the significant role that nurses play in the healthcare system, it is crucial to acknowledge that the effectiveness and success of the healthcare systems goals heavily rely on competent nursing managers and leaders. The report titled "The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health" (Institute of Medicine, IOM, 2010) highlights the importance of enhancing the presence and visibility of nursing leaders as a key objective for the nursing profession. The inclusion of managers and competent nursing leaders is imperative at both the operational and strategic levels of a nation's healthcare system. In light of this, my educational and research endeavors are focused on enhancing the knowledge and skills of nursing managers and leaders, as well as promoting effective management and continuous enhancement of the quality of nursing care.
