بیوگرافی مختصر علمی:
پرستاران به عنوان وسیع ترین طیف در خط مقدم تعامل با بیماران هستند که با برنامه ریزی اصولی جهت ارتقاءکیفیت خدمات پرستاری میتوان گامهای بلندی در جهت ارتقاء سطح سلامت اقشار جامعه و افزایش رضایتمندی مراجعین برداشت. بنابراین مدیریت پرستاری می تواند نقش مهمی در توسعه سلامت جامعه داشته باشد. با توجه به نقش فعال و پویای پرستار در اعتلاء سطح سلامت جامعه در برنامه ریزی های راهبردی سلامت، ایجاد جایگاه فعال مدیریت پرستاری در سیستم بهداشت و درمان کشور ضروری است. لذا اینجانب به عنوان عضو کوچکی از جامعه بزرگ پرستاری در راستای اعتلای حرفه پرستاری و مدیریت پرستاری ضمن خدمت در عرصه آموزش دانشجویان پرستاری در مقاطع مختلف، در حوزه توانمندسازی کادر پرستاری و مدیران پرستاری در حال خدمت می باشم.

Biography: Nurses, as the broadest spectrum, are at the forefront of interaction with patients, and with basic planning to improve the quality of nursing services, great steps can be taken to improve the health of the society and increase client satisfaction. Therefore, nursing management can play an important role in the development of community health. Considering the active and dynamic role of nurses in improving the health level of the society in strategic health planning, it is necessary to create an active position of nursing management in the healthcare system of the country. Therefore, as a small member of the large nursing community, I am serving in the field of empowering the nursing staff and nursing managers, while serving in the field of training nursing students at different levels in order to improve the nursing profession and nursing management.
